Great Guns is located in northern Colorado, east of Fort Collins and north of Greeley. We offer a variety of clay target games to challenge all levels of shooters. Our target presentations simulate actual hunting situations to make you a better wing shot.
Just wondering whether there are any plans to extend the summer weekend hours of operation. Closing at 3 pm leaves a lot of daylight that could be used for shooting, especially for those of us who live a fair distance from the range.
There has been talk of changing the business hours, but there are no plans at this time. Remember, as long as you are at the range by 3:00, you can shoot as late a you would like. Many weekend days we are at the range until 5:00-6:00. We definitely want to meet the needs of our clientele, does anyone else think we should extend our business hours during the weekend? Thanks.
I agree the hours should be extended but I was also not aware that if I arrived by 3 p.m. on summer weekends, I could stay longer (I have actually not come out later in the day due to that reason). Another option is to allow members access to the rifle/pistol ranges during daylight hours any day of the week. We already must complete all of the safety paperwork so this may be a viable option to increase shooting time without increasing operating expenses.
What do you offer for mobility impaired shooters ?
Five of us will be shooting a round of sporting clays next Thursday evening.
Two of us have difficulty walking the course due to medicial conditions and
inplants.

We allow golf carts and vehicles on the sporting clays range. We also have a four person golf cart available for rent. All of the stations are handicap accessible. Hope to see you there!

Very nice complex. This time of the year I almost have the pistol and rifle range to my self. It is nice to get out of town and enjoy the area this range is in. I am a new member and it will be interesting to see Spring time. The landscape is very nice.
